How to request deletion
- Email us from the same email address on your In Or Out account.
- Use the subject line Delete my In Or Out account.
- Include any Google / Apple / email sign-in address you used, so we can find the right account.

What we delete
When we process your request, we delete:
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Profile and preference data tied to your account
- Saved items, swipe history, and curated recommendation data
- Push notification tokens associated with your account
Some limited records may be retained for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then removed.
Timeline
We aim to complete account and data deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. You will no longer be able to sign in after deletion is complete.
